Iowa Immigration Relief Presentations

For detailed information on giving an immigration relief presentation download our guide, Planning An Immigration Relief Presentation.

As part of the Administrative Relief Project, we have created a step-by-step guide, PowerPoint slides, and handouts to help community organizations host immigration relief presentations. There are two versions of the presentation designed to be adaptable to different communities' needs, as well as a presentation designed to train volunteers. Also included are sample handouts and other materials to use at your presentation.

Interactive Community Presentation

The interactive presentation is a hands-on presentation that not only provides accurate information about DAPA, DACA, and President Obama's enforcement priorities but also allows immigrants to complete a self-screening worksheet to determine whether they may be an enforcement priority or whether they are eligible for DAPA or the new DACA program. This worksheet can then be used by applicants for immigration relief to prepare them to participate in an immigration relief clinic.
